U.S. Cheese Industry Mission & Chef Seminar

A day-long event on the 24th brought the local trade (importer/distributors and end-users) together with U.S. suppliers in an effort to introduce the U.S. cheese industry and showcase its offering.

A cheese seminar geared towards local chefs also provided an in-depth overview of the U.S. cheese industry and the many varieties it has to offer.
