Jasper Hill Farm is a family-owned dairy farm with two small creameries and a 7-vault underground cheese aging facility in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We have a specialized hay-dryer, providing local grass pasture feed all year round. We propagate our own cheese cultures and make our own rennet, which are traditional cheesemaking skills that create more diverse culture profiles and more complex cheese. Mateo and Andy Kehler, our founders, as well as the entire Jasper Hill Farm team, are on a mission to make the highest quality products possible that both express our Taste of Place and support the local Vermont working landscape and our rural agricultural community.
