Swiss Valley Farms is a Midwestern dairy cooperative headquartered in Davenport, Iowa that manufactures premium specialty cheeses for both domestic and global markets. We work with a wide range of customers, including manufacturers, distributors and marketers to fulfill their industrial, foodservice and private label needs. Our cooperative is comprised of nearly 520 farms and 620 member-owners. We serve these member-owners by providing them an assured market for their milk through the manufacturing of value-added dairy products. We have five manufacturing plants throughout Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota that we use to manufacture Swiss, Baby Swiss, Blue cheese, Gorgonzola, Gouda, Cream cheese, Neufchatel and Sweet Whey. We also produce pasteurized process cheeses, cold pack club blends, enzyme-modified cheeses and cheese analogs.
