Additional Mexico Cheese Trade Seminars
September 25–October 11, 2018
Three additional 2018 Cheese Trade Seminars for a foodservice audience have been scheduled in Mexico. The seminars focus on extending the reach of current Mexican distributors of U.S. cheese and showcasing the breadth of U.S. cheese varieties to end-users. The half-day events aim to connect buyers and suppliers and consist of a training segment followed by a commercial portion.
During the training, Chef Alejandro Kuri will provide attendees with creative yet realistic recipes and hands-on experience. Following this, USDEC members and/or their distributors can engage with key foodservice customers in a mini-trade show environment.
The schedule for the final seminars is as follows:
- Mexico City, September 25
- Cancun, October 9
- Playa del Carmen, October 11
